Responsibilities: ● To implement Quality Assurance (ISO9001) requirements. ● Reviewing Customer’s Expectations, Ensuring Product Quality Starting from Part receiving, Manufacturing Process, Final Product and customer returns. ● Training to Team member for product requirements, Procedure requirements. ● PPAP documentation and Active participation in APQP activity ensuring product / Process level quality requirements during development phase. ● Carry out process and product audit at regular frequency. ● Implement six-sigma & 7QC tools approach in daily activities. ● Lead quality improvement projects throughout the organization. ● Regular monitoring of PPM levels at different CTQ stages and identify the scope of improvement with a solution-based thinking to develop the result-oriented culture. ● Carry out root cause analysis for any internal & external issue. ● To do the vendor audit for new or running projects. ● To take corrective actions from supplier for any abnormality in parts. ● To ensure correct part development of new product at vendor and inhouse production. Technical Skills: ● Internal Auditor Certification (ISO9001, IATF16949) ● ISO 9001, APQP, SPC, MSA, Calibration, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, Problem Solving tools knowledge. ● Experience in manufacturing processes of electronics & and awareness about mechanical parts. ● Experience in IOT/Automobile product/Processes. ● Having experience in electronics parts sourcing & vendor management. ● Knowledge about cost of Poor Quality and SAP software. Soft skills: ● Strong work experience and exposure to IoT Product. ● Ready to work in an agile environment and proactive approach ● Good communication skills and a team player ● Customer centric mindset and embrace and drive change ● Time management Academic Background Essential: Full time Graduate from recognized institute. Desirable: Electronics & Communication Professional Qualification Essential: Diploma / BE / B. Tech in Electronics Desirable: Candidates from IoT / Automobile Companies
