  • Design/code performant and intuitive UI solutions for Observability.
  • Ensuring Engineering and Operational excellence of the UI components and related middleware.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, PMs and backend engineering teams in defining the user experience for a variety of features in the observability domain.
  • Constantly seek/collect user feedback and drive improvements in the product as required.
  • Works with PM on identifying and measuring business goals in product usage
  • Works with PM in backlog grooming and prioritization of stories
  • Compare, contrast and prioritize alternative approaches to meet business objectives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10+ years of exprience developing frontend technology
  • Expertise on ReactJS
  • Hands-on experience with BFF pattern
  • Knowledge on browser telemetry
  • Working Knowledge of GraphQL is preferred
  • Strong mentoring skills. Able to influence and communicate effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with global teams across time zones
  • Excellent communication skills. Communicates succinctly to all levels of employees, customers and management (including executives)
  • “Self-starter” attitude and the ability to make decisions independently
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
