Job Description:  We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This role is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities and developing a pipeline for accounts with leading companies in FMCG, Consumer Durables, and other targeted industries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with CxOs and senior executives across Sales, Distribution, Finance, Procurement, and IT departments, developing strong relationships and identifying client needs at all decision-making levels.
  • Maintain a robust understanding of Sales Force Automation and Distributor Management Systems.
  • Transform client feedback into actionable strategies to drive new business and manage competitive risks.
  • Collaborate effectively with Product Development, Account Management, and Finance teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing account growth.
  • Travel to client meetings across the defined territory as needed.


Professional Experience and Qualities:

  • Minimum 5 years of frontline sales experience in Sales Automation and/or Distribution Management Systems.
  • Strong sales “hunter” skills, with a proven track record of advancing complex sales processes and negotiating large strategic sales.
  • Experience in solution sales of Sales Automation & Distribution Management Systems is mandatory.
  • Excellent executive presence and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions to a wide range of organizational and functional levels.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with high energy and a sense of urgency in acquiring and serving clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team-oriented style and build trusting relationships with customers.
