Oversee and take part in the RFP process, effectively managing relationships with technology vendors to ensure the best solutions for the organization.Executive Engagement:
Communicate effectively with executive and senior leadership, providing strategic insights and recommendations to guide decision-making processes.Mentorship and Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of architects and developers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
At least 15 years of experience with more than 5 years in technical architecture, with a proven accomplishment in designing & architecting large-scale solutions.Extensive experience in leading business transformation initiatives and partnering effectively with various business units.Technical Skills:
Deep knowledge of current and emerging technologies, with the ability to apply these in a business context.Strong understanding of integration between different technologies and systems.Technical expertise in cloud platforms, application and data integration, governance, and architecture – Cloud Native, Microservices and APIs, Reactive Systems, Analytics & Streaming Pipelines, Platforms, and DevOps.Business Acumen:
Strong ability to translate business needs into technological solutions.Experience in working with technology vendors and evaluations in RFP processes.Experience in working with Global teams.Leadership and Communication:
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams.Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence senior and executive leadership.Analytical and Problem-Solving:
Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills, with a strategic and proactive approach to addressing challenges and opportunities.Education and Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture, cloud technologies, and other related areas are highly desirable.
