seeking a talented and dedicated Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our Strategy Team.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Financial Analyst and Modeller to support our Strategy Team in

optimizing existing processes, product specifications, and cost structures, as well as exploring

new business avenues for future growth. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in

conducting financial analyses, budget tracking, and providing valuable insights to drive informed

decision-making.

Responsibilities:

1. Optimization and Cost Analysis:

- Help the team in evaluating existing processes, product specifications, and cost structures to identify opportunities for optimization.- Conduct comprehensive cost analyses to assess the impact of proposed changes on the overall project budget.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

2. Financial Modelling:

- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to assess the feasibility of new business avenues and strategic initiatives.- Provide accurate and insightful financial forecasts, considering various scenarios and risk factors.- Analyze key financial metrics to support strategic decision-making and business planning.

3. Budget Tracking and Analysis:

- Identifying variances (Savings & overruns) for the budget vs. actual spending report in the ongoing projects.- Monitor project savings and identify areas of potential cost overruns, implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks.

4. Business Feasibility:

- Conduct in-depth business feasibility studies for new projects, considering market trends, regulatory factors, and financial viability.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the potential risks and returns associated with new business ventures.

5. Reporting and Communication:

- Prepare clear and concise financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing financial guidance and support to facilitate strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) / B.Com / BAF or qualification is mandatory.- Proven experience in financial analysis, modelling, and cost optimization, preferably in the real estate sector.- Strong proficiency in financial modeling tools and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and understandable manner.- If you are a dynamic, detail-oriented and great with excel with a passion for real estate finance and strategy, we invite you to join our team and contribute to the continued success of Isprava.
