Job Title: Lending Analyst

Department: Lending

Reporting to: Portfolio Manager

Work hours: Eastern Standard Time Zone

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lending Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the real estate industry and be responsible for underwriting new investment opportunities in the US real estate market. The role is remote and will require daily video conference calls with the team.

Company Profile:

The Company is a New York based full service, vertically integrated real estate investment firm with internal platforms covering bridge lending, equity investments, property asset management and construction and development. Since 2009, the Company has been invested in debt and equity real estate transactions with a market value of approximately $2 billion.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and prepare financial models to support investment decisions.- Lead the due diligence process for potential investments.- Work closely with equity and debt sources to fund projects.- Prepare investment packages, deal memorandums, and internal documentation for various project transactions.- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and regulations.

Skills/Qualifications:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent Excel skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.- Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience in writing reports or investment memoranda preferred.- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.- Strong academic record.- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the real estate industry preferred.
