Asset Data Management/Project Planning/SCADA

Job Description: Asset Data Management & Project Planning (SCADA) Location: Bangalore Experience: 5 15 Years Role Overview: We are looking for professionals with strong experience in asset data management, project planning, and SCADA systems . The role involves managing asset master data, ensuring data accuracy, supporting SCADA-related operations, and coordinating project planning activities across engineering and operations teams. Key Responsibilities: Asset Data Management: Maintain, validate, and update asset master data across systems. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and standardization of asset information. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams for asset updates. Support data governance, audits, and documentation for all asset-related records. Monitor asset lifecycle data-installation, upgrades, maintenance, replacements, and retirements. Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and timelines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to track project progress and resolve roadblocks. Monitor resource allocation, budget alignment, and project documentation. Maintain dashboards and trackers for project milestones and status reporting. Support planning of infrastructure expansions, upgrades, and new installations. SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition): Work closely with SCADA engineering teams to manage configuration, alarms, controls, and data flow. Ensure accurate mapping of SCADA tags with asset data. Support SCADA system monitoring, data extraction, diagnostics, and troubleshooting (in coordination with technical teams). Manage documentation related to SCADA changes, updates, and system performance. Ensure compliance with safety, cybersecurity, and operational standards. Key Requirements: 5 15 years of relevant experience in Asset Data Management, Project Planning, or SCADA operations . Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle management and data governance practices. Experience working with SCADA systems (ABB, Siemens, Schneider, GE, Honeywell, etc.). Hands-on experience with project planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, JIRA, or similar). Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret technical and operational data. Good understanding of engineering documentation, drawings, and technical asset catalogs. Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Experience in utilities, energy, manufacturing, infrastructure, or engineering industries is preferred.
