About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Team Lead – Grounds to lead and coordinate a dedicated team of grounds staff delivering maintenance services to a key client in Karratha, WA . This permanent, full-time FIFO role is part of a broader contract supporting approximately 600–700 residential properties linked to a state-of-the-art integrated gas production facility. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality grounds maintenance, compliance with safety standards, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Lead grounds maintenance operations, ensuring quality outcomes and safety compliance. Coordinate and motivate a team of grounds staff and subcontractors. Develop and implement maintenance plans for landscaping and outdoor environments. Oversee day-to-day operations and troubleshoot issues. Maintain accurate records and drive operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and security protocols. About You To be successful in this role, you will have experience supervising staff and a natural ability to bring people together as a leader who possesses first-class stakeholder engagement and customer service skills. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following: Qualifications or experience in horticulture, lawns & gardens Current ChemCert accreditation (mandatory) and Arborist qualifications (desired). A methodical approach to work and strong problem-solving skills. A current driver’s license. Professional, reliable, and effective communication skills. Ability to execute work to a high standard with attention to detail. Strong commitment to Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Requirements: National police clearance. Completion of ISI Training, MSIC, and ASIC cards.
