Please visit our website: Job Description Responsibilities: Lead fit-out/base build projects independently, overseeing quantity surveying, rate analysis, value engineering, and commercial closure. Manage pre-contracts duties, including cost estimates, procurement, tendering, and contract administration. Conduct feasibility studies, produce cost plans, and manage the tendering process from pre-qualification to contract compilation. Perform timely cost checks, valuations, and monthly post-contract cost reports for clients. Interface with clients and consultants throughout all project stages. Contribute to cost risk analysis, value engineering, and negotiation of final accounts. Maintain and update best practices in cost estimating based on project feedback. Utilise technical knowledge of interior fit-out and base build projects, with a focus on commercial projects. Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and organisational skills. Qualifications in Civil Engineering; Post Graduate Qualification in relevant field preferred. 7-10 years of post-qualification experience in construction consultancy. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong technical skills in relevant construction subjects.
