Formulate Go to Market strategy for

vehicle protection

business.Study and analyze political situation, financial budget allocation to

defense sector . This will help to understand the potential of the market.Establish and develop relationship with OEMs to understand new business opportunities for collaboration.Derive insights from Market research, competitor's products information.Customize sales strategy as per every country’s specific requirement.Guide sales manager to initiate actions to support implementation of sales strategy.Guide, Review and Approve budget for sales visit plan, exhibition/demo plan, tradeshows, business meet and other business development initiatives to increase in brand awareness in Vehicle Protection Market.Review and approve report prepared by sales manager after sales visit, exhibition, tradeshow etc.Review and provide feedback on

Annual Sales Forecast and budget plan for the region . Ensure sales growth targets and profitability are achieved for Vehicle Protection business.Help sales manager to develop and build relationships with the Clients/Agents, OEMs and Channel Partners of the respective region/country.Keep track of new products and latest/upcoming technologies in the vehicle panel market and transfer the information to respective stakeholders for future product enhancements/development.Help in

identifying upcoming tenders

by guiding sales managers to analyze lost tender data, warranty information for past won tenders, related current affairs and news for the vehicle protection market.Guide in preparing

bid participation strategy

for opportunities in

Vehicle Protection Business.Track trend of regional sales KPI on regular basis and initiate actions to improve overall sales performance of the vehicle protection business.Build strong relationship with Channel Partners to ensure growth in leads generation and conversion for vehicle protection business.Play a key role of a very strong mentor and guide the sales managers on bringing in more business.Guide and help sales managers on how to ensure payments are received on time.Monthly review of

Vehicle Protection Sales funnel

of the regions with respective Sales Manager.Conduct regular vehicle protection sales review for company CEO

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Marketing /SalesPrior experience of working with defence, government departments, OEMs etc.15 to 20 years of overall experience, with 10 to 15 years in similar roleLeadership, Delegation and Negotiations skillsCoaching and mentoring skillsEffective communication, and interpersonal skillsAnalytical and Critical thinking skillsMS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project
