Job Description:
As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will report to the VP, Sales and will be selling to both Enterprises and SMB customers. Your responsibilities include the following:
You will be trusted advisor to Head of Engineering and QA Managers throughout the sales cycle showing how Sofy can address their needs.
You will partner with Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle to close that result in strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
You will prototype solutions to customer problems and communicate product gaps, product issues and insights to product and engineering teams.
You will manage customer POCs during sales cycle to close on the deals
You will ensure customer satisfaction, product adoption and renewal
Building scalable and repeatable sales playbook to create efficiencies that will shorten sales cycle without impacting customer satisfaction.
You are a good team player working closely with Sales Engineers, Marketing, Customer Success teams.
What you’ll bring to the table:
3 Years of technical pre-sales
2 Years of working experience and technical understanding of DevOps
Prior experience in QA and test automation is highly desired
You can lead technical sales conversation with Engineering leaders
Understanding of Mobile development is highly desired
You are A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
