The post-holder, a key member of the Young Bihar team, works closely with the Chief Operating Officer and reports to the Senior Programme Manager.The successful candidate should be educated to a master’s degree or equivalent with Social Policy, Social Development, Social Work, and Rural Development as one of the subjects and have considerable experience of working in a similar role (minimum 3 years), including researching on the relevant topics and managing teams and projects.
