Roles & Responsibilities

1. Functional support to Circles on MS NPO deliveries

2. Overseeing Network Performance, Experience KPIs, deep dive on trends and triggering actions to Circles / relevant stakeholders.

3. Exploring the opportunity for new projects and improvement areas

4. Escalation management - Supporting Circles in troubleshooting major degradations, aligning SME/OEM/NOC support when needed

5.C ollaboration with internal stakeholders - Strategy / Quality / Planning for Circle specific initiatives

6. Learnings & Best practices - Collaborate with Circle & Central SMEs for delivering Centrally driven projects like Churn/Data & Voice Experience etc.

8. NPO Strategy formulation, driving the initiatives from People, Process & tools perspective

9. NPO transformation tracks - Formulating and driving the execution with Circles

10. Process simplification, aiming to removing redundancies, improving on efficiencies

11. Tools & Automation - Adoption, New requirements

12. Technical guidance, mentorship to Circle EHs and teams

13. Competency development, Hiring support for NPO function

Additional Skills :

1. Relevant working experience 18-22 Years in RF optimization in GSM,LTE, Volte & 5G technology and customer complaints improvement projects

2. Leading and managing teams performing analytical, investigative related to Ericsson/Nokia/Samsung OEM 2G/4G/VoLTE/5G Optimization customer experience projects

3. Expertise on planning and optimization concepts , Senior subject matter expertise on operator network and understanding.

4. Strong Knowledge about RF tools, Radio Access Networks, GSM, LTE & 5G interworking, Call flows

5. Extensive experience on Ericsson/Nokia/Samsung GSM, LTE, VoLTE and 5G performance management
