Role DescriptionThis is Fulltime role for a Senior Business Development Executive(2-3 years of experience) based in Pune. The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. This is an on-site role.

QualificationsNew Business Development and Lead Generation skillsStrong business acumen and effective communication abilitiesExperience in account managementAbility to create and maintain client relationshipsExcellent presentation and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated, proactive, and results-orientedRelevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Key Responsibilities:●

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management : Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with clients across industries, focusing on UX and design services.●

Market Expansion : Develop and execute strategies to expand Feelpixel's presence both in India and internationally.●

Strategic Partnerships : Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.●

Proposal Development : Lead the development of tailored proposals and pitches that align with client needs andshowcase Feelpixel’s value.●

Market Research & Insights : Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to refine business strategies.●

Sales Targets : Consistently meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.

Required Skills & Experience:● 2- 3+ years

of experience in business development, specifically within design service companies (UX, product design, digital agencies, etc.).● Proven ability to generate and manage a pipeline of high-value business leads.● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.● Deep understanding of the design industry and its challenges.● Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and scalability.● Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
