What’s in the scope of this role?Build expertise on Netcracker product suite, primarily CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and other BSS modulesRepresent BSS solution and functional capabilities in Client workshopsElicit, Clarify and Decompose Business requirements into Epics, User stories (including NFR);Refining the stories with Product OwnersConceptualize and define E2E solution for a given business, functional domainIdentify cross-system requirement dependencies and mitigate potential design gaps;Produce High level/detailed designs including Data Model, API specifications, Wireframes etc.;UI/UX alignment with UI/UX team and NC UI/UX teamDesign review with Dev and QA teamParticipate in cross-functional technical solution assessments and provide estimations;Collaborate with backend/Dev teams for managing Product DemosParticipate in change control process for any upcoming requirement and design changes;Troubleshoot production problems and provides design support, keep all parties informed;Continue to build expertise on latest technologies and trends in Telecom Industry

What skills and experience will you need for this role?

Required Domain Knowledge:Customer/Party Model, Lead/Opportunity/Quote/Service Request/Trouble TicketCustomer 360/Call Center Applications.Knowledge of Integration frameworks and TM Forum APIs

Required Technical Knowledge:Design Experience on Customer/Party Model, Account/Contact/Lead/Opportunity/Quote Lifecycle and data modelUnderstand E2E journey of “Lead to quote” and “Trouble to resolve” business scenarios.Must have produced High-level design/low level design documents with an understanding of data model/attributes/business rules. .Basic understanding of SQL/data baseExperience in creation of System Processes and Sequence diagrams using Visio or other UML ToolsKnowledge of Agile / Waterfall Methodologies

Good to have:Basic Knowledge of web technologiesDesign experience on CPQ/Order/Portal applicationsKey features in Point of sale journeyKnowledge in Omni-channel, Multi-channel flowHaving experience in analyzing the internal & external integration points and design, IA analysisUnderstanding of RESTful web services, Single Page Application deployment, Micro servicesCustomer Authentication/AuthorizationCustomer Notifications and Error Handling Frameworks.

Relevant Experience:Min. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;6-15 yrs. of IT experience with significant exposure to Telco Industry Practices, Products & Services;Proven experience in a customer-focused techno-functional role, Requirements mgmt. and Solution Design;Significant exposure in delivering multiple Telco Digital Transformations as a BA or SA;
