As part of an international team :

- Provide first-line IT support for software and hardware issues, addressing queries in person, via phone, or through remote support.

- Record, qualify, prioritize, classify, and resolve IT incidents and service requests from colleagues worldwide.

- Create, manage, and administer user accounts, ensuring appropriate authorizations and access levels.

- Document standard solutions and processes in the IT knowledge base to facilitate efficient troubleshooting and knowledge sharing.

- Collaborate with IT teams on internationalization and standardization projects, acting as a liaison to promote efficient processes.

- Contribute ideas and participate in initiatives to enhance IT support processes and drive continuous improvement.

- Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

- Expertise in standard office productivity suites (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace), email systems, and remote access tools.

- Understanding of basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and network protocols.

- Experience with ticketing systems and help desk software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk).

- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automating tasks and creating custom solutions.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-based services.

- 3-10 years of experience in IT support or a related field.

- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.

- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional support.

- Fluency in German and English is essential.
