About the role:

- Should be able to draw the JDs and attract the right talent across PE functions- Individual will Partner with Business leaders to provide innovative value driven HR strategies and solutions to assist with achievement of their business objectives while attracting, retaining and developing talent. Advise employees on their professional development and performance.- Talent acquisition, PMS, Talent management, Compensation & benefits, Organization Design & Development, Regulatory & Statutory compliances.- The Payroll function and manage the outsourced payroll service provider.- Responsible for all the HIRE TO RETIRE processes across the employee’s life cycle.- Scale for the organization, ensure integration of new employees, teams by making Happiness Quotient as a critical input, make us a great place to work and gain recognition.- Interact with global HR teams and integrate their processes for India captive centre.- The candidate will be responsible for building a strong performance driven culture- Advisor on all aspects of people management for the organization- Maintain high levels of employee engagement activities and commitment.- Provide accurate and constructive analytics to the leadership team and help formulate people strategies basis the information.- Prepare the annual HR budget and ensure optimal utilization of resources to ensure effective outcome for all HR metrics.- Manage Development, Training and Development, Rewards and Benefits- Build an organization that is fully compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
