As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective management of the inside sales team. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.



Key Job Responsibilities:


  • Lead and motivate the inside sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach and increase revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Monitor sales metrics and analyse performance to optimise processes and drive results.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to enhance the team's skills and productivity.



Eligibility Criteria:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales management, preferably in the interior design or construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
