Summary PTR Global is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Recruiting Analytics Specialist to support data-driven decision-making across our recruiting operations. This role plays a pivotal part in collecting, interpreting, and presenting recruitment metrics to optimize talent delivery performance. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, recruiting domain knowledge, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that inform business strategies and improve delivery outcomes. Job Description Gather, analyze, and interpret recruiting performance data across sourcing, submittals, interviews, and placements. Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and operational efficiency. Partner with delivery and account management teams to provide insights on pipeline health, recruiter productivity, and client trends. Prepare and present data summaries and insights for leadership, including in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs). Support the development and submission of client scorecards and RFP responses with data-driven metrics. Ensure data accuracy and integrity across recruiting systems and reporting platforms. Identify opportunities for process improvements using trend analysis and performance benchmarking. Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, operations, and delivery to ensure alignment between analytics and business objectives. Maintain internal documentation and dashboards to standardize reporting processes and best practices. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in recruiting analytics, operations, or business reporting within staffing or professional services. Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting and visualization tools. Solid understanding of recruiting workflows, metrics, and performance indicators. Proven ability to interpret data and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating client-ready reports and presentations. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Why Join PTR Global?
