Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement the company's brand strategy, guidelines, and value proposition Increase brand visibility in the Indian market, expanding brand influence through effective brand promotion activities Plan and execute both online and offline marketing activities Manage the budget for advertising and promotional activities, ensuring efficient use of resources Establish and maintain strategic relationships with branding agencies, suppliers, and partners Support the sales team and dealers by providing necessary marketing materials and brand presentation tools; design PPTs for the sales team showcasing brand strengths and past projects Conduct market research, collect and analyze brand-related data to optimize marketing strategies Create and manage social media content, maintain interactions with visitors, and share potential leadsJob Requirements: Educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Over 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, with experience in the Indian market preferred Excellent offline event planning and execution skills, able to translate brand strategy into actionable plans Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration with designers, customers, and dealers Deep understanding and insight into the Indian market, with the ability to adjust brand strategies according to market changes Exceptional project management skills, able to work efficiently in a multi-tasking environment Fluency in English and Hindi, capable of professional business communication Familiarity with social media management tools and website updates Team player with a collaborative spirit, able to work closely with both the headquarters and local teamsJob Type: Full-timeExperience:total work: 5 years (Required)Language:English (Preferred)Work Location: In person
