Location

The successful candidate shall be placed at any of our Client's location in Pune . It is an on-site “Full-Time ” Job, “No ” remote work. Candidates having up to 6 years of experience in “Information Security ” and who has experience of imparting training to people, developing and improving online content for e-learning platforms may apply.


Role Description

  • The ideal candidate should have a good knowledge of Information Security frameworks, and an understanding of ongoing trends.
  • The person should have the flair for imparting training, writing, and communication
  • The person should be passionate about “InfoSec” within the organization


Qualifications

  • Contribute and Support the execution of the Company’s Global Security Awareness and Training Program.
  • Serve as editor and content owner for awareness content.
  • Partner with the communications team to ensure consistent information flow.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline content and appropriately amplify and/or cascade messages for Security Training and Awareness.
  • Ensure consistency of InfoSec messaging as well as adherence to brand standards / E-learning Modules.
  • Consistently evaluate and measure existing practices, making thoughtful recommendations for improvement where appropriate for InfoSec.
  • Develop toolkits and templates to empower communication champions across the firm
  • Help ensure InfoSec leadership is attuned to the voice of the employees.
  • Research and document strategies and best practices.
  • Develop and drive the Security Awareness & Training Program, and new initiatives with a people-centric view.
  • Advocate for the appropriate InfoSec communication channel depending upon the message, audience, and purpose and bring forward innovative, best practice strategies.
