Demand Campaign Manager Job Location : Hyderabad Work from Office Should be willing to work in night shifts MediaMint is seeking a highly motivated Campaign Manager – Ad Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring seamless delivery, optimization, and performance tracking across digital platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, hands-on expertise with ad-serving platforms, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The candidate will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, deliver actionable insights, and drive successful campaign outcomes. Responsibilities: ● Manage the full lifecycle of campaigns, including set-up, launch, monitoring, optimization, and delivery. ● Troubleshoot and resolve ad-serving, pacing, and delivery issues in a timely manner. ● Create media plans, programmatic guaranteed (PG) campaigns, and insertion orders (IOs) using Operative. ● Develop and deliver campaign performance reports (ad-hoc, weekly, and post-campaign wrap-ups). ● Provide screenshot decks and supporting documentation for campaign validation. ● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign goals are met and client expectations are exceeded. ● Uphold high-quality standards with keen attention to detail in all campaign deliverables. Requirements: ● 3+ years of experience in Ad Operations or Campaign Management within digital advertising/online media (video ad experience is a strong plus). ● Hands-on expertise with DV360, The Trade Desk (TTD), Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, or similar ad-serving platforms. ● Experience with Operative and familiarity with Programmatic Guaranteed (PG) and Private Marketplace (PMP) deals strongly preferred. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. ● Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with advanced Excel reporting skills a plus. ● Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and reliability. ● High attention to detail with the ability to set and maintain high standards.
