About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Frontend Developer (Angular) to take on a Team Lead role . This is an opportunity to lead a dynamic team, drive the development of scalable internal products, and shape the future of our technology stack. If you're passionate about frontend technologies, mentoring developers, and delivering exceptional user experiences, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
Leadership : Lead and manage a team of frontend developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Frontend Development : Design and develop scalable, high-quality web applications using Angular.
Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior team members, ensuring code quality through reviews and knowledge sharing.
Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless and efficient solutions.
Technical Problem-Solving : Proactively identify and resolve technical challenges to improve performance and scalability.
Innovation : Drive adoption of the latest frontend technologies and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Technical Expertise :
Advanced proficiency in Angular and TypeScript .
Strong command of JavaScript , HTML5 , and CSS3 .
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and third-party libraries.
Familiarity with frontend architecture and performance optimization.
Experience with tools like Webpack , npm/yarn , and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Karma).
Leadership Skills :
Proven experience in leading and mentoring a development team.
Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and ensure team productivity.
Soft Skills :
A go-getter with a proactive attitude.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
