Job Title:Visual & Experience Designer – UI/UX & GraphicsReporting To: Head of MarketingLocation: MumbaiExperience5–8 years in UI/UX and graphic design, with at least 3 years designing for mobile-first products at scale.Job SummaryThe Visual & Experience Designer will own the design and visual communication layer across Bhoomi Sure and Khet Pe. This role balances two missions:Building intuitive, farmer- and partner-facing digital experiences.Crafting boardroom-ready presentations and dashboards that communicate business and product stories with clarity and impact.As both a user advocate and visual storyteller , the designer will bring consistency, precision, and polish across apps, interfaces, and strategic deliverables.Roles & ResponsibilitiesUI/UX DesignTranslate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.Define and maintain design systems, UI patterns, and style guides for product consistency.Ensure usability and accessibility in rural/agricultural contexts (vernacular flows, low-bandwidth, offline-first).Partner with Product and Engineering for smooth handoff and implementation.Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative product cycles.Graphic Design & StorytellingDesign consulting-grade presentations, reports, and dashboards.Convert raw data and content into clear, visually compelling narratives.Create infographics, icons, and visual frameworks for investor decks, client proposals, and leadership reports.Support leadership and sales in high-stakes communications: board decks, fundraising pitchbooks, and client presentations.Maintain brand and design consistency across all external-facing materials.Cross-Functional SupportCollaborate with analytics teams to transform outputs into clean, decision-ready charts and dashboards.Prepare demos, storyboards, and training visuals for product launches and marketing campaigns.Report weekly on design progress, issues, and risks; align deliverables with leadership and product teams.Candidate Profile & Skill RequirementsProven experience shipping rural customer-facing or mass-market apps with measurable adoption and engagement impact.Hands-on experience conducting field research and usability testing with diverse user groups.SkillsExpertise in Figma / Adobe XD , and prototyping tools.Data Visualization: ability to design dashboards in Tableau / Power BI / Figma.Strong command of information architecture, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.User research, usability testing, A/B testing, and iterative design practices.Familiarity with design for low-bandwidth, multilingual, and offline-first contexts.Ability to create design systems and scalable UI libraries.Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and awareness of front-end engineering constraints.Leadership CompetenciesClear communicator; bridges gaps between design, product, engineering, and business stakeholders.Advocates for user needs while balancing business and technical priorities.Decisive, detail-oriented, and iterative; bias for practical, actionable design solutions.Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with frequent field feedback.Industry Knowledge (Preferred)Familiarity with Ag Tech user journeys , farmer-facing digital adoption, and rural UX patterns.Awareness of geospatial/AI-driven advisories, digital agriculture workflows , and trust-building for rural audiences.Personal AttributesEmpathetic, user-obsessed, and mission-driven.Organized, hands-on, and outcome-focused.High integrity, adaptability, and ownership mindset.About Swan Sat GroupSwan Sat Group stands at the intersection of deep technology, precision intelligence, and social impact, uniting three powerful verticals to transform how nations, businesses, and communities make decisions.At our core is Swan Sat , a leader in satellite and geospatial intelligence.
