Duties and responsibilitiesManage inventory, compute stock movement and optimal placement in the EBOsCoordinate with the logistics and category teams Execute partnerships with stores in order to grow the portfolio of Nestasia products in the assigned territoryApply a sales strategy to target key markets and establish a dominant presence in the territory;

execute promotional programs and activities with key partnersManage sales forecasts and budgets to achieve established goals to deliver profitable growth for assigned Operating UnitsManage sales reporting obligations in a timely manner to include frequent sales updates, pricing surveys, etc.Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plan and reviewsMeet regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actionsAchieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviewsPrepare and complete action plans and implements production, productivity, quality and customer service standardKeep abreast and report on products, categories, innovation, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trendsOther related duties as assignedDesired Candidate ProfileAt least 4 years of sales experience in retail, Wholesaler, or Distributor sales environment- Home / FMCG / Fashion industries preferred Master’s Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Business, Marketing, or FinanceDemonstrated track record of sales achievement in a hands-on sales environmentExperience in sales PlanningIndustry and product knowledgeTeam Leadership and management skillsProven knowledge of managing EBOs, store in store and retail customersExcellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi)Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with employees, customers and store partners;

ability to collaborate at all levelsExcellent at managing time, priorities, and expensesAble to work independently while being a team playerProficiency in using Excel, Word, and PowerPointFlexibility to travel as needed locally
