Job brief
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a – Associate – Student Experience Team. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with a strong ability to empathize and understand customer concerns. This role requires a patient and empathetic approach to handling difficult conversations and the ability to provide constructive feedback to improve our student engagement.
Salary -Up to- 25K
5 Days working (Sunday fixed off and one off based on roster)
Responsibilities
A)Lead Calls:
• Make outbound calls to disqualified leads and engage in conversations to understand their specific circumstances, needs, and concerns.
• Provide empathetic and supportive guidance to disqualified leads, addressing their questions, and offering alternative solutions.
• Collect feedback from disqualified leads to identify areas of improvement in the lead qualification process and enhance future lead generation strategies.
B) Relationship Building:
• Establish rapport and build trust with enrolled students, demonstrating understanding and empathy towards their unique situations.
C) Documentation and Reporting
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions including relevant information, feedback, and outcomes
• Provide regular updates highlighting trends, patterns, and recommendations for process improvement.
D) R equirements and skills
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Proven experience in customer service, counseling, or telemarketing roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport.
• Strong empathetic and active listening abilities, with the capacity to understand and address customer concerns effectively.
• Patience, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm and composed during challenging conversations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
