Role Description

- Conduct training sessions on AWS (Amazon Web Services) and DevOps methodologies for both technical and non-technical audiences.- Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and exercises, to support learning objectives.- Customize training content based on the specific needs and skill levels of participants.- Keep abreast of the latest AWS and DevOps trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into the training curriculum.- Provide mentorship and guidance to trainees to facilitate their understanding and application of AWS and DevOps concepts.- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and continuously improve content and delivery methods.- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to identify training needs and develop training strategies aligned with business goals.- Support trainees in preparing for AWS and DevOps certification exams, and track certification achievements.- Serve as a subject matter expert and provide technical assistance and guidance to trainees during and after training sessions.- Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in cloud computing, DevOps, and related technologies.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 5+ years of experience working with AWS cloud services and DevOps practices.- Proven experience in delivering training sessions or workshops on AWS and DevOps topics.- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including infrastructure as code (IaC), containerization, microservices architecture, and serverless computing.- In-depth knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, IAM, and VPC.- Proficiency in DevOps tools and methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), configuration management (e.g., Ansible), and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.- AWS and DevOps certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, DevOps Institute certifications) preferred.- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous learning and professional development.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge and experience in AWS cloud services and DevOps principles.- Proficiency in designing and delivering training programs with hands-on exercises.- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.- AWS or DevOps certifications are highly desirable.- Prior experience as a trainer or instructor in the IT industry is preferred.- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
