Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Patent Associate role located on-site in South Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with Patent drafting, patent search, IPR prosecution, drafting case pleadings, and memoranda, attending client meetings, and appearing before the Indian IP office and providing assistance in Court proceedings, whenever required.
Qualifications (Mandatory)Engineering/Science Degree (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Software, Physics; Biotech)- from a reputed UniversityPQE- 1-2 Years as a Patent Analyst, Patent Attorney or Patent Engineer at reputed organisationExcellent research and writing skillsExperience with Patent drafting, IP registration and IP laws of IndiaStrong analytical mindset and attention to detailAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Additional Qualifications (optional)Patent Agent Exam qualifiedBachelor of Laws/LL.B/Advocate/LLMKnowledge of
international IP laws and regulationsExperience in technology lawFluency in Hindi or another Indian language
