Job Opportunity: Regional Facilities Manager

Role Overview

  • Job Title: Regional Facilities Manager
  • Location: Gurgaon
  • Reporting To: Regional Head

Key Responsibilities

1. Planning & Budgeting:

  • Develop and track budgets with inputs from the central team.
  • Create and implement comprehensive regional facility management plans.

2. Operations & Service Excellence:

  • Maintain high standards in housekeeping, security, engineering, and more.
  • Oversee AMC contracts, SLAs, and ensure adherence to PPM schedules.
  • Address safety incidents with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complaints/service requests promptly.

3. Risk Management & Compliance:

  • Support audits by providing documentation and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all operational standards and risk controls.

4. Vendor/Contractor Management:

  • Assist in vendor selection, negotiations, and contract management.
  • Monitor agency/vendor performance and maintain strong relationships for enhanced service delivery.

5. Continuous Improvement:

  • Implement process improvements and automation initiatives for better efficiency.
  • Address recurring complaints with CAPA to elevate customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Experience: Proven expertise in facilities management, particularly in the real estate or hospitality industries.
  • Skills: Strong operational acumen, vendor management, risk mitigation, and customer-first mindset.
