Designation: Deputy Manager - Services - Field Service (Raipur) Experience: 4 years to 6 years Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech (Electrical) Job Description: 1. Attending Customer Complaints of LV, Agri, IA & DSP 2. Resolving CP claims 3. Training to ASC engineers 4. Attending chronic complaints and meeting important customers 5. To continually monitor the infrastructure and plan for its augmentation, upkeep annual Targets on each of the above deliverables 6. Call closure time with in 24 hours 7.
