shift timing- 10 am to 6.30pm. (Saturday 10am - 5pm) (work from office only)

Job description

Experience: 4+ years in Domestic IT/Non IT Recruitments, with at least 2 years of Team Handling and client management experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including cold calling and interviews, to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.- Maintain a robust candidate database and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.

Client Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and company culture.- Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive job specifications and understand desired candidate profiles.

Interview Coordination:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing relevant information about the company, culture, and interview process.

Negotiation and Offer Management:

- Facilitate the negotiation process between clients and candidates, including salary and benefits discussions.- Manage the offer and acceptance process to ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection to onboarding.

Additional Responsibilities for Team Lead/Team Manager:

- Achieve individual and team targets for candidate placements.- Enhance team members' performance and revenue generation on a monthly basis.- Lead recruitment projects allocated to your team, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.- Build and develop a team of Recruiters, maintaining optimal team size.- Provide training on recruitment processes and tools to team members.- Manage team performance effectively, focusing on monthly and quarterly targets, and fostering a motivating team environment.- Proven experience of end-to-end recruitment and managing team within recruitment and staffing industry only.
