This role will focus on embedding AI, automation, and advanced analytics into delivery governance, quality, and forecasting processes, ensuring smarter, faster, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the adoption of AI, automation, and digital tools across delivery operations to enhance efficiency and quality.- Identify, evaluate, and implement automation use cases across governance, quality management, and forecasting processes.- Design and champion intelligent delivery copilots, predictive dashboards, and analytics solutions that support proactive decision-making.- Partner with delivery and technology teams to embed digital-first practices within operating models.- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and automation-led transformation initiatives.- Build capability and awareness around AI/ML-driven delivery tools and methodologies across teams.Must-Have Skills:- Strong background in AI/ML-driven automation, delivery analytics, and RPA tools (e.g., Ui Path, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).- Hands-on experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).- Proven track record in delivery transformation using digital and automation tools.- Understanding of delivery governance frameworks, metrics, and performance management.- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change enablement skills.
