The Director Student Placement Cell will lead strategic initiatives for student career success and employer engagement.Location - Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :Develop and implement a comprehensive placement strategy aligned with university goals.Build and maintain strong partnerships with employers, industry bodies, recruiters, andgovernment agencies across UAE and internationally.Lead campus recruitment drives, internships, cooperative education programs, and industrycollaborations.Establish effective systems for student career counselling, skill development, and employabilityenhancement.Oversee labor market analysis, sector-wise placement trends, and employer feedback reports.Manage a team of placement officers and co officers and coordinate with academic departments for industry integration.Represent the university at job fairs, career summits, and professional networking events.Ensure compliance with HR, regulatory, and accreditation standards relevant to studentplacements.Qualifications & Experience :Master's degree in Business Administration, HR Education Management, or related field (Ph D preferred).8-12 years of progressive experience in placements, career services, corporate relations, recruitment, or talent management.Strong network with regional and international employers.Proven track record in achieving high placement rates and building industry partnerships.Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.Experience in GCC education or recruitment sector is an addedWhat We Offer :Competitive tax-free salary and benefits package.Vibrant multicultural work environment.Opportunity to shape the career success of a diverse student community.Professional growth and leadership development opportunities.How to ApplyInterested candidates may submit their latest CV at
