Job Description:
Embedded Linux Technical Specialist;
- Embedded software development experience with exposure to all phases of V cycle.
- Proficiency in C and C++ for embedded software development.
- Experience with Embedded Linux (Ubuntu Core) and IoT embedded Linux (RIOT) on Microcontrollers/Microprocessors.
- Familiarity with firmware development, MCAL, HAL, and Board Support Packages
- Knowledge of IoT edge framework development
- Good understanding of networking and radio communication protocols such as Ethernet, Bluetooth, and WiFi etc
- Experience in OS customization and microservice-based application development using containerized technologies like Snap Craft
- Proficiency in Development, Build, Configuration, and Release Management.
- Programming languages: Embedded C, C++, Python, etc.
Good to have:
- Experience with the i.MX 8M family
- Fundamental knowledge of Azure/AWS Cloud
- Awareness of standards like EN62443
- Understanding of Yocto, Buildroot, and Distribution build environments
