Shift Timing: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM / 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM / 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM/ 1:00 AM to 10:00 PM / 7:30 PM to 4:30AM
Profile Description:
The selected candidate for Quality Associate Director/ Director is expected to manage delivery as per set SLAs/SOP, monitor and mitigate customer concerns, monitor ESAT and attrition for the account. Oversee all aspects of quality assurance within a process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resource planning: Capacity planning as per the provider onboarding plan, Collaborate with WFM and Propel team for requisition, IJP/external hire.
- Developing Quality Standards/framework and methodology: Establishing quality framework and methodology, implementing it to ensure evaluation as per customer expectations and in adherence to SOW/SOP.
- Quality Assurance Processes: Designing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance processes and systems, including inspection procedures, testing protocols, and quality control measures.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing quality data and metrics to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve quality processes and outcomes.
- Problem Solving: Investigating and resolving quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformances through root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
- Training and Development: Providing training and support to team members on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Continuous Improvement: Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Regulatory Compliance: Have documentation as required for ISO/ SOC audits in collaboration with the compliance team.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as Operation, Implementation and Training to address quality-related issues.
- Regularly connects with the team members to understand the challenges and address/ highlight to Quality leaders as required.
Qualifications :
- Graduation in Medical degree BDS,BHMS,BAMS and/or postgraduate degree such as MPH, MHA, MBA or advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., BBSS/ GBSS) would be preferred.
Behavioral Competencies:
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis for quality improvement. Ability to interpret complex data sets and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams, communicate quality objectives, and build consensus around quality initiatives. Collaboration with stakeholders at all levels to achieve quality goals.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Leadership and Team Management: Strong leadership qualities to lead quality teams, motivate employees, and foster a culture of quality excellence. Providing clear direction, support, and empowerment to team members to achieve quality objectives.
- Overall, a Quality Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that products or services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction, while also driving continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.
