As a Dynamics CRM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. You will collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.


Responsibilities


  • Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to support customer service operations.
  • Design and implement custom workflows, plugins, and integrations to automate and streamline customer service processes.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics CRM to meet the specific needs of our customer service department.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics CRM applications used in customer service.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the customer service team.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Dynamics CRM features and technologies related to customer service.



Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or master’s in computer science, Engineering, Software Engineering or a relevant field



Required Skills


  • 7-15 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 development.
  • Proficient in C#, JavaScript and familiar with TypeScript.
  • Expertise in custom development harnessing Dynamics 365 SDK using C# and JavaScript is desired.
  • Experience in creating custom actions, web services, and PCF components within Dynamics 365.
  • Have good experience with the Power Apps platform, including Model-Driven Apps and Power Automate.



Preferred Skills


  • Proven experience as a Dynamics CRM Developer or similar role, with a focus on customer service module.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization & configuration, Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, AngularJS, and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with customer service processes and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
