Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and modules.


- Develop workflows, scripts, and integrations with other systems.


- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet business requirements.


- Perform troubleshooting, testing, and bug fixing for ServiceNow implementations.


- Ensure platform performance, security, and compliance with organizational policies.


- Create and maintain technical documentation for all solutions developed.


- Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and upgrades to the ServiceNow platform.


- Collaborate with other developers and teams to ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise tools.


- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow releases and features.


Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.


- Expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and custom applications.


- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.


- Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS).


- Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations with other tools using REST/SOAP APIs


- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines


- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written


- ServiceNow Developer certification is highly Skills :

- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB.


- Knowledge of ITIL practices and frameworks


- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.


- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.


- ServiceNow Implementation
