This is an exciting opportunity to join Deloitte Operations for an engagement with one of our premiere Banking clients supporting the CDD Workstream on a large-scale programme.
We are looking for a CDD Business Analyst – Triggers (AVP/Associate Level) & CDD Business Analyst – Procedures (AVP level)
Roles and Responsibilities
CDD Business Analyst - Procedures
Business Analyst for the Procedures deliverables aligned to the CDD workstream
- Experience working within the Financial Services Industry, and working within a Financial Crime Transformation environment and or/Regulatory Change project
- Experience conducting Business Analysis/Business Change (e.g. owning tasks according to project plans, liaising with multiple stakeholders across cross functional teams, drafting and presenting design papers)
- Understanding of core CDD, AML processes and supporting technology
Nice to have:
- Experience of analysing Procedural documentation and solutions across financial institutions
- Experience in supporting the development of process improvements or system enhancements related to Procedures across multiple business units
CDD Business Analyst – Triggers
Business Analyst for the Procedures deliverables aligned to the CDD workstream
Must haves:
- Experience working within the Financial Services Industry, and working within a Financial Crime Transformation environment and or/Regulatory Change project
- Experience conducting Business Analysis/Business Change (e.g. owning tasks according to project plans, liaising with multiple stakeholders across cross functional teams, drafting and presenting design papers)
- Understanding of core CDD, AML processes and supporting technology
Nice to have:
- Experience working in Triggers and/or Event Driven Review space
- Experience drafting functional and technical requirements (e.g. Jira user stories)
- Experience developing FC solution design artefacts
Skills required:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including understanding and identifying suitable options to resolve complex issues
- Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to simply covey complex concepts and solutions to stakeholders and internal project teams
- Strong project management skills, including planning, risk identification and stakeholder management
- Regulatory compliance knowledge, to ensure proposed designs adhere to regulation
- Strong technical skills in relation to CDD technology, data and processes
