Job Description: Intune Administrator / MDM Engineer (Mobile Device Management) Location: Indore Experience: 3-5 Years Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Intune Administrator to manage and support our enterprise device ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), and Windows Autopilot to ensure secure, efficient, and seamless device management. This role will focus on enabling a modern workplace with zero-touch provisioning, compliance enforcement, and streamlined endpoint management . Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune for managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices. Configure and manage Windows Autopilot for provisioning and lifecycle management of laptops and desktops. Integrate and manage Entra ID (Azure AD) for device identity, conditional access, and compliance policies. Develop, implement, and monitor device compliance and configuration profiles to meet organizational security standards. Deploy and manage applications via Intune across endpoints. Troubleshoot enrollment issues, policy conflicts, and user access problems. Implement and maintain security baselines, conditional access policies, and endpoint protection . Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell or other scripting tools. Collaborate with IT security, infrastructure, and support teams to ensure cohesive endpoint strategy. Maintain documentation of policies, procedures, and configurations. Provide tier 2/3 support for device management issues. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as an Intune Administrator or in a similar Endpoint Management role . Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Entra ID (Azure AD) . Experience with device lifecycle management (enrollment, configuration, updates, retirement). Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting. Solid understanding of endpoint security , conditional access, and compliance frameworks. Knowledge of Windows 10/11 deployment and configuration. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Preferred Qualifications Microsoft certifications such as MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator Associate) or MS-102 (Microsoft 365 Administrator Associate) . Experience managing macOS or mobile devices with Intune. Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint or other endpoint security solutions.
