Digital Marketing Specialists

Eminence Strategy Consulting is looking to hire talented digital marketing specialists with a strong client-servicing aptitude.
The ideal candidate will ideate and implement digital marketing strategies, manage social media marketing campaigns, create engaging social media content, and engage actively with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Media Strategies - Engage actively with clients, understand their business outcome expectations and devise digital marketing strategies accordingly.
- Social Media Content Creation: Develop high-quality, engaging content across various social media channels, especially LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Creative Development: Design visually appealing graphics, images and videos using tools like Canva to enhance content quality.
- Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific needs, preferences and target audience.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse social media metrics and performance. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and innovative.
- Collaboration: Develop and manage relationships with influencers and brand partners to execute effective influencer marketing campaigns and strategic brand collaborations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience of 2-3 years in digital marketing, content writing, and social media management.
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Mass Media, Marketing, or any related field.
- Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional and diverse writing and design skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with time-management and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with any graphic designer tool (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Solid understanding of two key social media platforms - LinkedIn and Instagram
