We are an innovative online streetwear clothing brand, known for our bold designs and cutting-edge fashion. We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team, someone who understands the pulse of streetwear culture and can amplify our brand's voice across various digital platforms.
Work Location - Pune or Noida
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute a compelling content strategy across social media platforms. Create and curate visually appealing and on-brand content (posts, stories, reels, videos) that resonates with our target audience.
Community Management: Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and authentic manner. Build and nurture relationships with our community, influencers, and brand ambassadors.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Monitor performance and optimize campaigns for maximum reach and engagement.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social. Provide insights and recommendations to improve strategy and achieve KPIs.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and streetwear culture. Incorporate trending topics and cultural moments into our content to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and design teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all digital touchpoints.
Paid Social Advertising: Manage and optimize paid social campaigns, ensuring effective use of budget to drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in the fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle sectors.
Strong understanding of streetwear culture and the ability to create content that resonates with this audience.
Proficiency in social media platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and visuals.
Analytical skills to interpret social media data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations is a plus.
