JOB DESCRIPTION FOR PERFORMANCE MARKETING EXECUTIVE

- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display Advertising, Affiliate Marketing, and Email Marketing specifically for the quick commerce platform and its app.- Create, execute, and manage campaigns aligned with marketing and sales objectives, revenue goals, and overall business strategy focused on rapid delivery services.- Design customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies to drive app installs, increase order frequency, and boost overall revenue growth across quick commerce platforms.- Continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, concentrating on bid management, audience targeting, ad copy optimization, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) tailored to quick commerce dynamics.- Conduct A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness, focusing on promotional offers, user onboarding experiences, and in-app engagement strategies.- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports and insights to leadership, including actionable recommendations for improving customer acquisition and retention metrics specific to the quick commerce landscape.- Measure and analyze key performance metrics such as ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLV), and conversion rates to assess the effectiveness of campaigns in driving quick commerce success.- Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape in quick commerce to identify new opportunities for growth and potential threats, adjusting strategies as needed.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Design and Customer Experience, to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives, operational capabilities, and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing.- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing channels.- Hands-on experience with campaign management tools and analytics platforms.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight deadlines.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
