We are looking for Project Manager to join our PMO Team. The role of PMO is working on the day-to-day activities, strengthen project deliveries, supporting PMO team and also take up ad-hoc activities.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the project teams to manage the deliveries to meet the expectations.
- Ensuring the deliveries are within the boundaries of applicable delivery framework.
- Identify opportunities for PMO process improvements, automation and implement it.
- Monitor, track, and report project progress.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately in timely manner to all stake holders.
- Vendor Management.
- Project Management.
- Manage releases / Reports.
- Managing the end-to-end governance processes and updating the supporting systems as required.
- Ensuring data captured and maintained properly and is being effectively utilised to generate multiple reports / management presentations.
Key Requirements
- 8-10 years of total experience in technical deliveries including development, Project Coordination / Management and good to have PMO / PM experience of at least 2 years.
- Technical knowledge and skills on .Net, MS SQL, TFS / Azure DevOps, Code Repository (GIT / VSTS) and Jira.
- Effective interpersonal skills, possessing the confidence to build relationships with all levels of stakeholder.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Understanding of project management tools.
- Sound knowledge of and experience of Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint and any other reporting tools.
- Be a self-starter, self-motivated, with a can-do attitude.
- Good to have knowledge of Google Data Studio.
