  • Graduate Education: Oversee graduate programs and ensure the quality of graduate education.
  • Promote a vibrant research environment for graduate students.
  • Facilitate the recruitment and retention of top graduate students.
  • Research Integrity: Ensure adherence to ethical principles and research integrity standards.
  • Implement robust research compliance and oversight procedures.
  • Foster a culture of responsible research conduct.
  • External Relations: Represent the institution at national and international conferences and events.
  • Build strong relationships with industry partners, government agencies, and other academic institutions.
  • Promote the institution's research achievements and impact.

Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in a relevant field.
  • A distinguished record of research, scholarship, and publication.
  • Significant experience in academic leadership, preferably at the dean or department chair level.
  • Proven ability to secure external funding.
