Job Description:


As our Ecommerce Manager, you will play a critical role in maximizing our online presence across major marketplaces like Amazon US, Amazon Canada, Walmart US, and eBay. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, optimizing product listings, managing advertising campaigns, and driving revenue growth for our tactical apparel brand in the North American market.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans for each marketplace, aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Optimize product listings for each platform, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and competitive positioning.
  • Manage and track advertising campaigns across platforms, analyzing data to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace representatives to secure optimal visibility and support.
  • Monitor competitor activity and implement strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in online selling.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless integration and support.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably within the tactical apparel industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving online sales and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon, Walmart US, and eBay platforms and their selling practices.
  • Experience with digital marketing, advertising, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for the tactical apparel industry and a deep understanding of its target audience.
