Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and skilled Technical Talent Acquisition Managers to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to meet our company’s growing needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of technical job roles, and prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:- Develop and execute strategies to identify and attract top technical talent across various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles.- Stakeholder Collaboration:- Collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams to understand specific job requirements and ensure alignment in candidate selection.- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing insights on market trends and best practices for technical recruitment.- Screening and Evaluation:- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' technical expertise and cultural fit.- Partner with technical teams to design and execute role-specific assessments and interviews.- Employer Branding:- Enhance the company’s presence and reputation as an employer of choice for technical professionals through targeted campaigns and partnerships.- Data-Driven Decisions:- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies and improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition.- Strong understanding of various technical job roles, including software development, data science, and IT infrastructure.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with HR tools and platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, or similar systems.- Experience recruiting for tech roles in a consulting or agency environment.- Knowledge of market trends in the tech industry and talent acquisition best practices.
