Black Unicorn Digital Solutions, a leading performance marketing agency, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. Our unique sales process leverages cutting-edge ads to generate high-quality meetings, and we need skilled professionals to convert these prospects into valuable clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging and persuasive meetings with potential clients, converting them through a deep understanding of their needs and how our services can drive their growth.
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
Collaborate closely with our marketing team to align sales strategies with ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
Understand and communicate our service offerings, including ad creative development, media buying and management, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practices in performance marketing, specifically on Meta (Facebook) and Google platforms.
Qualifications:
Experience in performance marketing and managing ads on Meta and Google is highly preferred.
Proven track record in sales or business development, with a focus on closing high-value deals.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and articulate complex marketing strategies and services to potential clients.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
