The role-holder will be need toBe good at first principles based problem solving, have functional mastery over varied disciplines ( comp, culture, learning, career, branding, communications, staffing) and being able to apply them to drive long term initiatives and resultsPrioritize well (with some help) and have the ability to balance long term and short term, hard and softer aspects of the jobWork with tech leaders to put in place effective solutions and drive key rituals viz., talent management, performance management, compensation planning and manpower planning activities independently for the business unitAble to appreciate and understand the tech talent pool, identify and address problem statements that provides long term leverage to the tech org through talent

What you will needExperience of having worked in high growth and fast paced environment / Prior HRBP experience in tech functions partnering with Engineering and Product orgs would be an added advantageYou will be a great fit for this role, if you are:Data driven, able to think first principlesAssertive albeit with stakeholder management skills/sensitivityAdaptable to change and enjoy working in a constantly changing / evolving environmentGreat at working in teamsExperimentative, iterative and is open to learning, new experiencesSelf Driven, who will not shy away from any challenge / task (A belief in doing what it takes to get things done)Crafty and is problem obsessed.
