We have already gained significant experience in this domain with our Ayurveda brand called Dr Vaidya's. Our immediate objective for is to launch multiple wellness products across India, US, and Europe. After that, we plan to blitz scale and become aggressive in our growth journey, aiming for a revenue of 1000+ Cr ARR within 3-4 years of launch.
To achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a self-starter and hustler who isn't afraid to get
their hands dirty and get into execution. We need someone who can take ownership of this
function from day one and become one of the leaders of our growth journey. The ideal candidate
should also be able to build and lead large yet agile teams on this mission.
Our objectives are to build the largest global D2C brand out of India, positively impact the lives of
people dealing with chronic conditions or on a wellness journey and do so with holistic natural
solutions using clinically proven ingredients from Ayurveda, as well as Chinese and herbal sources.
We have stable funding backed by one of India’s largest business houses with a $7Bn asset base
and an unrivaled track record of profitable growth.

About the role:
We are looking for a Creative Head to spearhead all in-house creative marketing mandates and lead a diverse creative team. You will interpret business and brand requirements and translate them into effective, on-brand visual creative solutions. This is a big picture meets high energy role that requires one to have solid visualization and communication skills to ramp up creative campaigns/pitches and break it down for the team and stakeholders alike.

Role & responsibilities:
-Understand and translate business needs into compelling, on-brand creative solutions.
- Take responsibility for the creative vision and the standard of output across team members who work under them.
-Oversee the development of marketing campaigns from conception through execution, ensuring consistent brand messaging across digital, print, and social platforms.
-Drive the creation of high-quality content (social media, video, advertising, etc.) that connects with audiences and builds brand loyalty.
-Work cross-functionally with various departments, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure creative solutions align with broader business goals.
-Maintain and elevate brand guidelines, ensuring cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints.
-Effectively address marketing goals and challenges through result-oriented solutions.
-Pitch ideas and the creative vision clearly to related stakeholders, as well as communicate with clarity to members of their creative team.
-Have strong supervisory, people management, and leadership skills in order to lead and inspire, hire, develop, and oversee their creative team.
-Ensure that all creative output/visuals are consistent with the overall brand.
-Lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines.
-Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
-Ask smart questions, take risks, and champion new ideas.
-Demonstrate high ownership, agility, curiosity to learn.
Qualification & Work Experience:
-Any Graduation.
-At least 7 to 8 years of being a creative lead (either in an agency or in a D2C startup).
Competencies:
-Demonstrated success in managing and leading teams in fast-growing environments.
-Have worked on digital-first consumer brand(s), and understand the marketing requirements in terms of platforms and formats.
-Impeccable grasp of design soft wares like Photoshop, illustrator, CorelDraw etc.
-A solid understanding/interest of/in popular culture, current and historical brand visual trends. (Basically, you love what you do, so you keep a tab on whats happening in the world of brands outside of your work.)
-Great with original ideas. Clarity of communicating those ideas.
-Inspiring, motivating and upskilling their team.
-Having fun in the everyday mundane.
