The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, generating leads, converting prospects, and maintaining strong communication with students and parents.Key Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to students and parents to promote our academic consulting and learning services- Handle inbound inquiries and provide correct information about courses, programs, and services- Follow up with potential leads to achieve daily/weekly conversion targets- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM- Build strong rapport with students and provide guidance when required- Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team to drive enrollments- Achieve assigned sales and performance goals consistentlyRequirements- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus)- Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking style- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets- Previous experience in telecalling or telesales (education sector preferred but not mandatory)- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)What We Offer- Competitive salary + attractive incentives- Supportive work environment at Unacademy Centre Kota- Training and growth opportunities within the organisation- Chance to work with an education-focused consulting brandWho Should Apply?If you are a self-driven individual with strong communication skills and a passion for helping students, we’d love to meet you.
